Online Payments

All major credit cards and e-checks are processed and verified through Paypal. A Paypal account registration is not required. Credit cards will give instant approval while E-checks require 4-6 business days to clear.

 

Please be aware that items will only be shipped to the address identified in PayPal at the time of checkout.  Packages will not be shipped to an alternate address.  Verify that your shipping address in Paypal is correct before submitting payment.  If a package is undeliverable and sent back to us due to a bad address, the customer will not be refunded the shipping charges.

 

 

Shipping

Shipping services are available for the United States, France, Germany, Canada, United Kingdom and other select international countries.  We do not ship to China, Korea, Japan and Mexico. We reserve the right to decline shipping services to certain locations.

 

If your country is not listed above, please contact us to make arrangements to ship to your country.  An invoice will be sent to you and payment is accepted only through Western Union.  To ensure that your package is tracked and arrives safely, we suggest only to use the Priority Express International Delivery.  Shipping rates are quoted based on location and size of package.  

 

 

Orders are shipped Monday – Friday during the hours of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST.  Please allow (1) day handling time after approved payment.  If an order is placed on a holiday observed by the postal service, the package will ship the next business day.

Express US Delivery (Domestic) – (2-4 Business Days)

 

Express shipping is available.  The standard rate is $40.00 and is subject to change based on the package weight and dimensions.  Payments received before 12 noon (CST) will be shipped the following day.

 

Express delivery is not available at checkout.  Please contact us to place your order.

We have resumed international shipping.  However, delivery may be delayed due to regulatory restrictions for each country.

All international shipping services will include a customs number at the time of shipment.  Packages will be shipped via USPS International Economy mail.  Most international postal locations are privatized – delivery could possibly be delayed based on each country’s customs regulations and requirements.

 

Canada and United Kingdom          Shipping Amount:  $18.00

Australia                                          Shipping Amount:  $25.00

Returns and Refunds

Please submit an inquiry on our Contact Us page before returning an item.  We will promptly exchange your item or assign a Return Authorization Number for your return.  All returns will require an authorization number before a refund is given.  All authorized returns must include a tracking number.  Please send the tracking information before mailing your package.

 

Select products may be returned if they are unused and our company is contacted within 5 days of the delivery date.  Approved items are required to be returned within 7 days of receiving the authorization number.  Any items that have been clearly used will be shipped back to the customer and no refund will be given.

The total product refund will reflect the total order amount plus taxes and minus our shipping and handling fees. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to pay all postage fees when returning the package.  This fee will not be reimbursed.

 

 

The following items do NOT qualify for a refund or exchange:

 

• Clearance Items

• Wig Polyurethane 

• All Hair Items – (wefts, bundles, wigs, additions, closures...etc.) – Universal precautions were set to prohibit the exchange and/or return of hair items due to sanitary guidelines and control.

• Opened/Viewed DVD's and manuals

• E-books and digital items

• Cut, worn, ripped or altered wig lace foundation

• Used/damaged ventilating needles
